4 Steps to Brilliant Custom Gifting
"The First Date"
Reach out to us via phone, text, email or chat. You will get a dedicated business gifting expert who will serve as your single point of contact with Brilliant Gifts. We will discuss the specifics of your gifting campaign including your objectives, timeline, budget, branding, etc. This step can be as quick as one phone call or may take a few emails if you have lots of questions. We will proceed at a pace that works for you and your timeline.
If after our initial conversations you feel that we would be a good fit for your gifting campaign, it's time to move forward. We will start working on specific gift content and design. We will discuss aesthetics, branding, packaging and card options. This process can be as quick as a few days or it may take longer depending on your organization's approval process. By the end of this step you gift design and packaging will be finalized.
Now that the details are finalized it's time to make the commitment. After you sign off on the gifts and make the deposit payment, we will order products, packaging, cards, etc. It generally takes two to four weeks to receive products and prepare your gifts. Of course, that can be shorter or longer depending on the number of gifts and the items in your gifts. We will give you a specific "ship date" for you gifts after payment is received.
"Til Death Do us Part"
You may assume that once the gifts have shipped we are done. Nope, you can't get rid of us that easy. We provide a tracking number for each gift and we will continue to work with you to ensure that each gift is received in perfect condition. Our amazing support staff is available to you or your gift recipients should there be any questions about the gifts or the charity donation included with each gift.

Case Study #1: Virtual Planning Meeting
Due to COVID related travel restrictions, Transparent BPO, a rapidly growing contact center outsourcing company, decided to hold their 2021 planning meeting virtually. They wanted to send each participant a gift to arrive a day or two before the event.
We worked with them to build an impressive executive gift which included several branded items including a branded pine crate, a branded & personalized tumbler, a branded sugar cookie and branded face masks. In addition to many more snacks and treats in the box we also included items provided to us by Transparent BPO including a book written by one of their virtual event speakers and other marketing material.
The gifts were a big hit and contained more than enough calories to keep everyone awake and alert on those long Zoom calls.
Case Study #2: Employee Holiday Gifts
Datasite, an industry leading SaaS company, reached out to us at the end of 2020. They wanted to send their ~560 US/Canada based employees a holiday gift but wanted to give them a choice of gifts. We worked with them to build three custom gifts (savory snacks, sweet snacks and relax at home) and featured those gifts on a custom Datasite branded landing page on our site.
Over the course of two weeks their employees selected their gifts and entered their own shipping address which helped eliminate gifts shipping to old addresses which may not have been updated with their HR department yet.
Once we had a total number for each gift the order was finalized and the items in the gifts were ordered. After everything was received the gifts were prepared and shipped.
Case Study #3: Partner Holiday Gifts
Cigna, a major health insurer, contacted us to see if we could deliver holiday gifts to some of their hospital partners throughout the US. They wanted a holiday/winter themed gift with branded items and a branded greeting card.
We created a fun holiday gift with branded cocoa mugs, Ghirardelli cocoa, several tasty winter themed treats and a vanilla peppermint scented candle.
Since they didn't have shipping addresses for their partners we created a Cigna branded product page on our website and a unique link that they shared via email with their partners.
Recipients entered their own shipping addresses during checkout and gifts were then sent to them free of charge.
