2020 Holiday Delivery Dates & Shipping Information

With COVID cases on the rise throughout the country we anticipate a significant increase in online shopping this holiday season.   As a result we expect that shipping carriers will experience more delays than normal in December.  We recommend that you shop early this year to ensure the gifts you want are available and are delivered on time.   


Brilliant Gifts primarily uses UPS to deliver our gifts.  During checkout you will be shown several available shipping methods with an estimated delivery date for each.  While this date is generally accurate, your order could be delayed due to weather or other carrier issues, especially around the holidays.  We encourage you to select a delivery date one or two days before you need your gift to allow for any potential delays.
 

Shipping Q&A

What is Christmas Delivery?   When you select "Christmas Delivery" during checkout we will prepare and pack your order immediately and then ship it so that it arrives one week prior to Christmas to allow for any delays with the carriers.  

When should I order gifts for the holidays?   In addition to potential delays with shipping carriers we also expect higher than normal demand for online shopping.  As a result you may see more product out of stock earlier in the holiday season.   We encourage you to shop early to ensure the gifts you want are in stock and delivered on time.

If I personalize a gift will it delay my shipping?  No, all orders placed by 5:00 PM ET (Monday - Friday) ship the same day regardless of personalization.   

Can I ship gifts to multiple locations?   Yes, please call or text us a 844-994-4387 and we can walk you through the process.

Does UPS have guaranteed delivery dates?   Due to challenges related to COVID, UPS has suspended delivery guarantees.  However, we have found that UPS still delivers more than 95% of packages on time.  If your package is delayed please contact us and we will work with the carriers to get your gift delivered as soon as possible.   

What is Basic Shipping?  When you select "Basic Shipping" during checkout Brilliant Gifts will deliver your gift in 4 to 6 business days.   Don't count the day your gift ships, weekends or holidays when calculating business days.  

What is Standard Shipping?  When you select "Standard Shipping" during checkout you will be shown a delivery date based on UPS Ground Delivery times.   The map below shows you UPS Ground delivery times to your location.
