When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday generally ship the same day.

 

How Much Will My Shipping Cost?

When you place an order on our website you will see all of the available shipping methods and prices for your location.    All of our orders ship from our warehouse in Kaysville Utah.  Shipping costs will vary based on the distance from our warehouse to your location and the weight and dimensions of the item ordered.   Most of our gifts ship in our large custom keepsake boxes or wooden crates which are then packed in a cardboard box to protect them during shipping.  These packages are impressive to receive but can be expensive to ship.   Standard/Ground shipping is significantly less expensive than air shipping but takes more time to arrive.  Order early to save on shipping costs.   

We have negotiated shipping discounts with our carriers and pass on all discounts to you.  The rates you pay on our website for shipping items as large and heavy as our gifts are significantly less expensive than you would get purchasing directly through the carriers.  

 

What is Flat Rate or Basic Shipping?

When you select "basic shipping" we subsidize most of your shipping costs and will ship your package the most economical way possible.  Basic shipping can take up to 5 to 7 business days to arrive.  When calculating "business days" don't count the day the order ships, weekends or holidays.  Flat Rate or Basic Shipping is only available to the Contiguous USA.

 

Do you Ship Outside the USA?

At this time we ship to the USA & Canada.    When shipping to Canada please be aware that the gift recipient/importer will be responsible for any customs, duties or fees to import their gift into the Canada.   Unclaimed packages returned to us will be charged a fee to cover shipping costs to and from Canada and will be deducted from any refund given.  

 

When Will My Gift Arrive?

When you check out from the site you will be shown all available shipping dates and the estimated day of arrival for each of the methods.  On rare occasions a package may be delayed due to inclement weather or other carrier issues but we find that well over 95% of packages arrive on the date scheduled.  

 

Which Carriers do You Use?

We use Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS to ship all packages.

The best thing you can do to keep your shipping costs down is to order as early as possible.  If the package has to get on a plane (versus shipping ground) the shipping costs increase significantly.
